Pretty Smart Holdings is a small family owned & operated boutique property development company in Port Dover, Ontario. We specialize in creating luxury residential and hospitality spaces that are both Pretty and Smart; and we're looking for the right person to join our growing family.
What does that mean?... That means we are on the hunt for an experienced and hands on problem solver with great attention to detail to help us bring our stunning renovation projects to life. Working with our "Director of Property Rehabilitation", you will be acting as his right hand on-site; leading the day to day hands on work so he can focus on the business management tasks you'd probably rather not be doing anyway.
Ultimately, we want someone who gets excited at the thought of driving by what will soon be Norfolk County's premier boutique hotel destinations and being able to say "I helped make that happen''. Someone who takes great pride in their work and can jump from something they've done a thousand times to something they've never been asked to do before with the same enthusiasm. But also someone who knows the difference between when to get something done right vs when to get something done right now.
Whether you've been doing this for 5-6 years or 40, it's as much about the attitude as it is the years of experience.
This is a contract position with 3-6 months of guaranteed full time work with the possibility of several future projects as they progress through the development and planning stages. We hope the right candidate will be part of the family for a while.
